Quincon Inc. has been in business since 2006 with a successful past performance predominantly doing general building projects. In December of 2018 they received their 8(a) Certification. With an already thriving company in the public works arena adding federal contracting was a great addition. SWS is a HUBZone Firm that was established in 2005 having graduated from the 8(a) program in March of 2019 with an excellent past performance record. It was always our goal to Mentor and grow other likeminded companies. Quincon’s strengths are on the building side of construction and SWS on the civil, giving our Quincon-SWS JV a unique past performance to offer even greater services for our clients.
